Tilting Rotating Hitch Assembly Instructions
Rotating Tilting Excavator Hitch Instructions.
Sand or file all rough edges before assembly.
Use fast setting glue like Superglue, use only small amounts & apply with a thin piece of wire.
It’s recommended to assemble the parts without glue first to check everything fits.
You will need a small Flat tipped screwdriver for assembly.
Glues and tools for assembly are available in our online store.
It is better to paint the parts now before assembling.
Complete set of parts
Insert the bolt through the bottom of the hitch
This is where the hitch rotates, Do not over tighten the screw, and ensure the two parts rotate.
The end of the screw threads may need a small drop of glue to prevent the screw from loosening as the hitch rotates.
Add the top of the hitch. Take note of the above picture for correct position.
Insert the ram pins through the brackets as shown. The thin pin goes to the top.
Add the rams as in the picture above; add a small drop of glue to the end of the pins before pushing all the way in. Take care, not to use too much glue and make sure the rams are free to rotate after the glue has set.
Repeat for the other side.
