USA and UK Customer Changes to Shipping Costs

Customers from the USA

We are pleased to be able to resume shipping to our American Customers, but unfortunately we have had to make some changes to our Shipping options and Shipping costs.

All orders to the USA will now be sent by the Royal Mail Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

With this service all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping price at checkout. This provides a seamless, hassle-free experience for the buyer, as there are no unexpected fees upon delivery.

The new price for shipping to the USA will be £28 (approx $37) per order, which also includes full tracking. 

We will monitor this new service and let you know if any changes need to be made.

Customers from the UK

Due to the increase in postage in October by Royal Mail, the Second Class service we have been using is now £3.99.

With the superior Tracked 48 service being just £4.25 and providing a faster delivery, with tracking, we have decided to change the Delivery options at checkout for our UK customers to the following,

 Tracked 48  £4.25 per order 2-3 day delivery with Tracking

 Tracked 24  £6.50 per order 1-2 day delivery with Tracking

Hopefully this will offer a faster, more reliable, delivery for our UK customers.
