Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will ensure the problem is resolved as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cirwinmodels@gmail.com 


European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

Please contact Cimodels before returning any items.

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The returned product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Cimodels suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.
Cimodels is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging a product, you will need to pay the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
