A set of track links with cogs and rollers to fit the 1:35 NZG JCB 820 Excavator.

The undercarriage will need to be adapted to fit the track, see details below

Tools required,

Flush cutting pliers or a sharp knife to remove the links from the print frame

Hacksaw or Dremel type cut off tool to remove the track guard and shorten the pin the cog fits onto.

File or Sandpaper to smooth the undercarriage where the guard was removed.

Instructions,

Remove the track links from the print frame using a sharp knife

The links will clip together, no drilling or pins needed (See Video). 

There are 33 track links per side.

The old cogs and rollers will need to be removed from the undercarriage.

The bottom track guard will need to be cut off the undercarriage using a hacksaw or Dremel type cut off tool (see photo)

The cog pin will need to be cut down to leave a length of 6mm in order that the cog will fit.
